Scott-Douglas Plastics Ltd. has consistently, year after year, received very positive audit results from our third-party Quality Registrars in addition to also receiving high ranking supplier scores from our many customer's in the automotive and varied industries. We use these tools to accurately dimension any new part sourced with Scott-Douglas Plastics and to monitor the part dimensions during production runs. We have supplied our customers with moulded parts and assemblies for the past 48 years and work hard to achieve our customers top supplier rankings. Our Quality Department personnel is comprised of 3 Quality Assurance Shift Inspectors, a Final Auditor, a Quality Technician and a Quality Manager (Mike Passmore).
